As a consumer (Not a business or trade buyer) you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the date of receiving your order for a full refund of the item cost excluding our delivery cost and your return postage cost.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations for consumers (Not a business or trade buyer) you are required to inform us by email or letter of your intention to return items within this 7 day period, along with a basic explanation of the reason for returning the item.
The item must be returned in its original condition with all fixings, packing and any supplied paperwork, manuals or instruction booklets. In order to receive a full refund the item must be in a reasonable and re-saleable condition.
Any item returned to us that is not in a re-saleable condition will not be refunded in full. We cannot accept items that are scratched, scuffed or have any parts missing. Charges will be made for any missing or damaged items found.
The purchaser is required to return the item to us at their own expense.

In the event of an item deemed as faulty please email us immediately with the order number detailing the item fault. Please do not send the item back without emailing us first
Whilst faults do occur, it is more often than not that incorrect or short circuiting of wiring or heavy handling of connections of the cabling and/or connections. In-experience or non-understanding of the instructions are the main cause/s for the need to return items that were dispatched in perfect working order
All items deemed as faulty are required to be sent back to us at the purchasers expense for repair or replacement if required.
If the returned item is found to be operational upon our tests, a report will be emailed to you together with a repair charge of £19 + VAT for the testing and re-delivery of the item
ACTISAFE will not be liable in any way for the loss of earnings, production or labour time or any other associated costs resulting from the installation of our products or in-experience of the installer.
ACTISAFE do not send out advanced replacement items under any circumstances whatsoever, no matter how urgent it maybe. If you require a replacement item then you are requested to purchase it via our website in the first instance and we will refund you subject to our Returns Policy.
Acceptance of receipt of returned items by ACTISAFE is made by signature only for larger items, smaller items can be returned by normal post.
Items returned as "Faulty" will be tested and if it is found to be faulty as a result of poor workmanship a new item will be sent to you without question.
We apologise if you have received the wrong item by mistake. This is not common and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.
To receive a refund or a replacement, you must return the item in the same condition you received it and within 14 days from the day on which you received the item.
